1. Primary Responsibilities of the Expansion Directors of Jethro International

Strategic regional growth: Design and implement expansion plans adapted to the cultural and social realities of each region or activities sectors.

Recruitment & credentialing: Select qualified individuals who align with Jethro’s values of diplomacy, service, and human dignity, and guide their formal credentialing process.

Training & mentoring: Provide ongoing support through leadership, humanitarian, and spiritual education programs.
